Jump Web Services

All websites hosted with Jump are backed up on a weekly basis. However, maintaining an additional backup or archive of your data offsite gives you added security and eliminates potential data loss due to human error, natural disaster or hardware failure.

Jump can also provide email backup. We will save all emails inside your mailbox to our backup server for a three month period.

Backup Options:

Please note: once emails have been downloaded from the server onto your personal computer, they are no longer available for backup.
